Terms of use Voiddeeds | 2026-10-19.2 | https://voiddeeds.xyz/terms Conditions for using the Voiddeeds website and current testnet tools. Parties and eligibility These terms concern the Voiddeeds website operated by the VOIDS team and the user accessing its tools. Use transactional tools only if you are at least 18, legally capable, authorized to use the connected wallet and permitted to perform the relevant activity under applicable law. You act for yourself or for a person or organization that has authorized you. Possession of a wallet key does not by itself establish that authority. Do not use another person's wallet, identity or funds without permission. The age requirement applies to transactional tools; reading public information does not create a wallet account or membership. Testnet service and independent applications The interface helps prepare wallet requests to the contracts identified under Contracts. Your wallet authorizes each signature and transaction. The operator does not receive your private keys and cannot reverse blockchain transactions. Deed ownership does not guarantee availability of an app or correctness of its code. An app listing is not an audit or endorsement. The current release uses test assets only. Use the network and contract addresses identified by the interface. The website provides minting, Deed configuration and network activation tools, application publication and public profile links, and indexed activity and payment displays. Availability of one screen does not mean every external dependency or application is working. The website can become unavailable while deployed contracts remain accessible through other tools. You retain responsibility for selecting a compatible wallet and protecting its recovery material. A connection lets the interface request public account information and wallet operations; the wallet must separately authorize each operation. A wallet connection is not continuing authorization. Applications are published and operated independently. Their prices, deposits, token allowances, content and asset recovery depend on their implementation and operator. Review their own instructions and terms before use. Owning a Deed does not make its holder the publisher of every application in that space. Payments and wallet permissions Review network, contract, amount, toll and any app-specific approval before authorizing. Network gas, Deed tolls, app payments and NFT resale royalties are separate. A failed transaction can still consume gas. Read the Deed conditions and risk disclosures before using these tools. Before signing, check whether the request is a human-readable profile or activation authorization, a token approval or a transaction. The website does not ask for a separate terms signature. Profile updates, destination activation and blockchain transactions retain their own authorization mechanisms. The interface may simulate an operation and display a quote. Simulation and display conversion are estimates based on available state, not a commitment that a later transaction will execute. State, gas and prices may change. Confirm the final wallet request and transaction receipt; an RPC timeout is not proof of failure and should not prompt an immediate duplicate submission. Acceptable use Do not use the interface for fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, malicious approvals, unlawful content or infringement. Do not present an independent app as approved by Voiddeeds. Technical availability of a contract does not grant legal permission for a regulated activity. Use only rights and permissions you hold. Do not upload secrets or unnecessary personal information in a public name or link, disguise an approval as a harmless signature, or use the directory to obtain access to another person's assets. Responsibility for a transaction or publication remains with the party that authorizes or operates it, subject to applicable law. Service limits, liability and remedies Experimental code, networks, feeds and infrastructure can fail. There is no promise of uninterrupted service, guaranteed revenue or protection against every loss. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct under applicable law. These terms do not waive statutory rights or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Blockchain finality does not extinguish a legal right to reimbursement or another remedy. Eligibility for remedies in payment disputes, cancellation requests or consumer complaints is assessed under applicable law. No blanket no-refund rule or compulsory arbitration is imposed. There is no contractual uptime commitment, custody service, account insurance or promise to repay every technical or third-party loss. These operational limits do not excuse fraud, intentional misconduct or other liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Nothing here imposes an automatic indemnity, fixed damages or a waiver of collective or individual legal remedies. A successful on-chain transfer does not by itself decide whether the recipient has a legal obligation to return value. Applicable cancellation, reimbursement and correction rights are not waived by these terms. Updates Material changes are published as a new document version. The website does not require a new acknowledgment before using its tools. Changes do not retroactively rewrite completed transactions or accrued mandatory rights. Stopping use of the transactional website tools does not require transferring or burning an NFT. Publication of a document is not authority to change a signed transaction, transfer an asset or amend contract code. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms apply only to the extent permitted by law. No exclusive forum or governing country is selected by these terms. Documents and wallet authorization Documents are available in the Docs reader. No checkbox, separate terms signature or acknowledgment record is required to use the website. This does not remove the wallet confirmation or signature needed to authorize the specific action you request. The website no longer collects new terms acknowledgments. Previously recorded acknowledgments concern their original document release and do not authorize transactions, token approvals, profile changes or destination activation.
